Volunteer Co-ordinator
The
involvement of volunteers requires a planned and organised effort. It is the
role of the Volunteer Co-ordinator to provide a central
point for effective volunteer management, and direct and assist volunteer
activities. The co-ordinator will timetable volunteer schedules, assist staff in
identifying productive and creative roles for individual volunteers, recruit and
support volunteers and evaluate their contribution.
