Flexible IT Classes (Thursdays 6pm – 8.30pm) If you
can already use a computer but would like to take things further at your own
pace then our Flexible IT sessions may be the thing for you. You will be able to
work from introductory level to gaining recognised qualifications such as:
Introduction to Computing, PC Passport and individual modules from the European
Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).
Personal Development We
currently run the Get Ready For Work – Life Skills course. Please contact your
local Careers Scotland Office for further information.
Learning Bytes As an
independent registered LearnDirect Scotland Learning Centre, The Bambury Centre
offers access to a wide range of online learning courses and opportunities as
Learning Bytes on their Skillsnet.
The 300 courses in the LearnDirect Scotland
online Learning Bytes catalogue are available. These include business and
management courses and information technology courses including basic PC,
Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, office integration, e-mail,
and internet and web courses. Courses can last from 40 min to 3 hours at a
time.
